Terms of Service

By creating an Aurva workspace you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Aurva on behalf of a company you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.

Aurva provides an AI Business Operations Workforce that connects to your business systems, monitors them, detects issues and opportunities, prepares recommended actions, and — with your explicit approval — executes those actions. Aurva never takes a consequential external action without owner approval.

Every new workspace begins with a 30-day paid pilot at your personalized price. The pilot is a one-time payment, not a recurring subscription. Your pilot begins after you accept your price and complete payment. Your data remains intact whether or not you continue after the pilot.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually, via Stripe.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in writing by Aurva.
• Failed payments trigger a 3-day grace period. If not cured, workspace access is paused until payment is restored. All data is preserved throughout.
• Enterprise / multi-location plans are billed under a separate order form and pricing schedule.

• Keep your account credentials confidential; you are responsible for actions taken under your account.
• Only connect integrations you are authorized to connect and only provide credentials you have the right to share.
• Review approval requests carefully — an approval instructs Aurva to execute the corresponding action.
• Do not use Aurva to do anything unlawful, infringing, or that violates the terms of the systems you connect.

You retain all rights to the data you upload or connect to Aurva. You grant Aurva a limited, worldwide license to process that data solely to provide, secure, and improve the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Aurva relies on AI models. Model outputs may be incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing recommended actions before approving them. Approval is required for consequential external actions.

We aim to keep Aurva available around the clock but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where possible.

You can cancel your subscription any time from Settings → Billing. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, or if required by law. On termination we delete your workspace data within 30 days.

Aurva is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurva's aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid to Aurva in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
